Welcome~

I consider it an honor that our paths are crossing. I know how much pain, fear, and overwhelm it can take to pursue change, take risks, and ask for help. If you're here, you’ve already stepped out of your comfort zone to explore resources for healing—and that’s a courageous beginning.

Life is meant to be an empowering adventure, full of meaning and connection. But alongside moments of joy, we often face disappointment, trauma, loss, and disconnection. These experiences can shake our sense of safety in the world, cloud our inner compass, and leave us doubting our worth, our intuition, and our ability to thrive. We begin surviving instead of truly living.

As a counselor—and as a fellow human who has struggled—I believe that re-establishing trust in your intuition is key to healing. I see therapy as a sacred space where your pain, your questions, and your longings are welcomed without judgment. Whether you arrive with a clear goal or a quiet knowing that something needs to change, your pain (both physical and emotional) is a messenger guiding you toward greater freedom and self-understanding.

Areas of Focus:
I specialize in working with individuals navigating:

  • Spiritual struggles and deconstruction

  • Spiritual and emotional abuse

  • Narcissistic abuse recovery

  • Divorce and relational transitions

  • Life transitions and identity shifts

  • Anxiety and chronic overwhelm

  • Depression and emotional numbness

  • The emotional roots of physical symptoms through a GNM-informed lens

A Personal Note:
I know firsthand that healing is possible. I’ve experienced the movement from surviving to thriving—and I long for others to know that same relief, clarity, and empowerment. My goal is that therapy becomes not just a place for relief, but a catalyst for real transformation.

My Approach

I work through an emotionally focused lens, looking beneath painful feelings to the unmet needs, attachment wounds, and protective patterns that once kept you safe—but may now be standing in the way of deeper healing and connection. I also incorporate insights from German New Medicine (GNM), which views physical symptoms as meaningful responses to biological conflict shocks—allowing us to explore the emotional roots of physical distress and the body’s natural healing process with respect and precision.

I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), two powerful, evidence-based approaches that support clients in healing trauma, processing distress, and reclaiming wholeness. Our work together is collaborative, grounded in honesty, compassion, and mutual trust.
